We are seeking a passionate and performance-oriented Admission Counselor Manager to lead, coach, and inspire our team of student counselors. This is a leadership role that combines operational management, sales coaching, performance strategy, and student-centric counseling expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Admission Counselors to meet student enrollment targets.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, training sessions, and performance reviews
- Create a high-accountability, high-performance culture driven by student success

Sales & Strategy Execution
- Design and monitor weekly/monthly enrollment strategies
- Own team KPIs including inquiry-to-lead conversion, counseling-to-admission ratio, and revenue targets




- Handle escalated student cases and key high-value clients directly when needed

Student-Centric Counseling
- Guide counselors in delivering ethical, transparent, and impactful guidance to students.
- Ensure all students are matched with the right universities, countries, and programs based on their goals
- Maintain the highest standard of counseling practices across the team

Process Management
- Oversee timely follow-ups, CRM usage, and lead nurturing processes.
- Coordinate closely with application and university teams to monitor student progress
- Maintain data accuracy, team discipline, and daily productivity metrics

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Marketing to align campaigns with student interests
- Support Outreach efforts by turning school leads into confirmed enrollments
- Liaise with Operations and Visa teams to ensure smooth handover post-admission
