Role Overview
The Head of Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the PMS business. This includes trade settlement, client on-boarding, fund accounting, regulatory reporting, vendor management, technology systems, and process governance. The role demands a deep understanding of SEBI (Portfolio Managers) Regulations,



2020 and SEBI circulars, along with hands-on experience in wealth management or asset management operations.

The incumbent will work closely with the Investment Team, Compliance Officer, Finance, Risk, and Technology functions to build a scalable, process-driven operational backbone.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 Operations & Trade Settlement
- Oversee the end-to-end trade lifecycle — order management, trade execution coordination, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Ensure T+1 settlement discipline, monitor trade confirmations, and resolve breaks with custodians and brokers.
- Execution and tracking of Mutual fund transaction including non-financial ones.
- Manage relationships with custodians (CDSL/NSDL), brokers, clearing members, and prime brokers.
- Monitor daily NAV computation and portfolio valuation across client accounts.
- Implement and maintain straight-through processing (STP)
