We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will take ownership of hiring goals, bring a proactive approach to talent acquisition, and contribute to building an exceptional team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across IT and Non-IT domains: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job specifications.
- Use advanced sourcing techniques including boolean searches, social media recruitment, and employee referrals.
- Mentor and support junior recruiters or interns, helping improve sourcing strategies and interview techniques.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, etc.) to ensure efficient hiring processes.
- Provide market intelligence and advise on talent availability and hiring trends.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
Required Skills:
Proven experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment, preferably in a quick-paced or startup environment.
Proficiency with recruitment tools like Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn, Naukri, or other ATS/CRMs.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Strong decision-making, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work independently.
Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior team members.
