Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and offboarding.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files.
- Coordinate background verification and document collection for new hires.

Payroll & Benefits
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with internal teams or vendors.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries, reimbursements, incentives, and deductions.
- Manage employee perks including PF, ESI, gratuity, insurance, leave, and other statutory benefits.
- Resolve payroll and benefits-related employee queries.

Compliance & Statutory
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, CLRA, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
- Handle audits (internal/external/statutory) and maintain required documentation.
- Track changes in labor laws and implement necessary process updates.

HR Policies & Processes
- Implement and administer HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.




- Support policy communication and clarification to employees and managers.
- Drive process improvements and automation in HR operations.

Employee Engagement & Support
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR queries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs.
- Assist in managing disciplinary actions and employee relations cases in coordination with HR leadership.

HR Reporting & MIS
- Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and MIS for management.
- Track key HR metrics such as attrition, headcount, attendance, and leave.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and labor laws.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
