Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Administrator
with 5+ years of experience to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's
systems, with a focus on Azure/AWS virtualization, Teams, SaaS applications,
and networking. This role involves ensuring the reliability, security, and
efficiency of our IT infrastructure to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design,
deploy, and manage virtualized infrastructure on Azure and/or AWS platforms.

2. Provision
and configure virtual machines, networks, and storage resources.

3. Manage
permissions and access controls within Microsoft Teams.

4. Provide
user support and troubleshooting for Teams-related issues.

5. Administer
various Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications used by the organization.

6. Manage
user accounts, licenses, and configurations for SaaS platforms.

7. Configure




and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls,
and VPNs.

8. Troubleshoot
network connectivity issues.

9. Provide
technical support and assistance to end-users for system-related issues.

Requirements
Required Skills

1. 5-6
years of experience in system administration, with expertise in Azure/AWS
virtualization, Microsoft Teams administration, SaaS platforms, and networking.

2. Proficiency
in virtualization technologies.

3. Hands-on
experience with Azure/GCP/AWS

4. Robust
understanding of networking concepts.

5. Experience
administering SaaS applications such as Office 365 etc.

6. Excellent
troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues.

7. Good
communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
