- Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence
- Lead the strategy for technology.
- Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs.
- Regularly Review and ensure code standards
- Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics
- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
- Keep abreast of recent trends and best practices in the technology landscape
- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity
- Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations for deliverables and enhancements
- Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Experience in working as Head of Technology
- Strong knowledge of web and mobile architecture, scalable systems, and cloud-native solutions.
- Experience in Flutter, React JS, Node JS, Angular JS, MySQL, MongoDB, JavaScript, Azure etc
- Experience with live video streaming, AI-based systems, and SaaS platforms.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with complex project management
- Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology.
- Exceptional team management skills.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
