As an Operations Trainee at SharePal, you will learn & execute the forward/reverse operations process effectively and efficiently. The primary responsibilities include:
- Manage the daily order book and ensure timely delivery & pick-up of the orders.
- Coordinate with the Ops executives and ensure that the standard operating procedures are followed properly.
- Coordinating with customers in case of any order-related issues.
- Resolve order-related issues on a priority basis and ensure a customer experience.
- Coordinating with 3rd party courier partners for any delivery/pick-up-related issues.
- Coordinating internal stock audits at the warehouse.
- Assisting the operations manager with status updates and preparing reports.
Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E. or UG in any specialization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Valuable communication skills. English & Hindi
- Comfortable working with multiple departments within the business
