Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React (Frontend) and Python + Django (Backend – Mandatory) to build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on backend development experience specifically using Python and Django together, along with modern frontend development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using:
- React (Frontend)
- Python + Django (Backend – Mandatory)
- Build and integrate secure and scalable RESTful APIs.
- Ensure responsiveness, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to convert wireframes into functional solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and testable code.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend and frontend performance issues.
- Follow best practices in architecture, security, and code quality.
Mandatory Technical Skills
â 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience
â Strong hands-on experience in Python (Mandatory)
â Strong hands-on experience in Django (Mandatory)
â Strong expertise in React
â Experience building backend services and REST APIs using Django
â Experience with relational databases:
- PostgreSQL
- MySQL
â Experience with Git and Agile methodologies
Good to Have
- Experience with FastAPI
- Knowledge of TypeScript
- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
- Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with Playwright or automated testing frameworks
