Job Summary:

We are
seeking an experienced and highly motivated Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant
specializing in Fusion Planning and Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate
will have extensive experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Supply Chain
Management (SCM) solutions, with a strong focus on Cloud Planning and MFG
modules. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy,
customize, and optimize Oracle Fusion solutions to meet the unique needs of our
clients.

Key
Responsibilities:

Implementation & Customization:
- Lead and manage full-cycle implementation
projects for Oracle Fusion Planning and Manufacturing modules.
- Customize and configure Oracle Fusion SCM
applications according to client specifications and business processes.
- Conduct thorough requirements analysis,
gap analysis, and propose feasible solutions.





Consultation & Stakeholder Interaction:
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for
Oracle Fusion modules for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to
gather requirements, provide solutions, and deliver presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
including technical, business, and managerial stakeholders.

Project Management:
- Develop comprehensive project plans
including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions,
adhering to budget and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues
throughout the project lifecycle.

Post-Implementation Support:
- Provide post-implementation support,
troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
- Conduct user training and prepare
detailed user documentation.
- Deliver continuous improvements and
updates according to changing business needs.
