Job Summary & Responsibilities: Service Operation – Reliability Solution
- Service Manager for entire RS Team – Sales & Service Operation.
- Handling RS Service Center Repair team & Service Business
- Managing PDM Service team
- Service Operation for PAM Business
- Meeting Service Sales POR
- Co-Ordination with Internal Sales & Service Team, External Customers for entire reliability solutions (i.e. PAM, PDM, MHM, AMS etc.)
- Complete ownership / In charge of NSC.
- Drive the Hardware Guardian Support for Portable along with it’s execution strategy.
- Complete ownership for billing all MHM Service Orders such as HW SA, Online Calibration, SW Services, Training, SW AMC, Calibration, Online Service, WL Training.
