Roles & Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients to gather and document business requirements, current processes, and pain points.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and desired Salesforce functionality.
- Own the creation of user stories, process flows, wireframes, and solution documents.

Presales Consulting:

- Act as the face of the solution during client pitches, presentations, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Partner with the sales and delivery team to craft customised Salesforce solution proposals.
- Conduct detailed product demos tailored to client industry, processes, and use cases.




- Prepare estimation models, solution blueprints, and implementation roadmaps.
- Participate in client discovery workshops and lead consultative conversations to position Inno Valley Works as a trusted advisor.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of skilled experience, with at least 3+ years in Salesforce solution engineer / Presales/ Consulting roles.
- Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and at least one additional product (e.g., FSL, CPQ, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead workshops, demos, and discovery sessions confidently.
- Proven experience in crafting proposals, SoWs, and solution decks.
