Cosmetics Sales Executive

Job Summary

Makins Supermart is looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and customer-focused sales executive for its Cosmetics & Beauty Section. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in cosmetic retail sales and possess positive knowledge of beauty, skincare, and personal care products.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting suitable cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products.
- Demonstrate product features and perks to customers.
- Achieve individual and department sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
- Keep track of inventory and report stock requirements.
- Stay updated on new product launches, beauty trends, and promotional offers.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the cosmetics section.
- Support billing and promotional activities whenever required.

Requirements

- candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in cosmetics, beauty, or personal care retail sales.
- Good knowledge of skincare, makeup, fragrances,



and beauty products.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Basic computer and billing software knowledge preferred.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
