Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and experienced New Product Development (NPD) professional to lead the conceptualization, design, and commercialization of cutting-edge renewable energy products ( Wind/ Solar// BESS/ Bio Gas). The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our product roadmap, ensuring our offerings meet market demands, technological advancements, and sustainability goals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills to navigate the full product lifecycle from ideation to market launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end current product development process for renewable energy solutions, including solar, wind, energy storage, and smart grid technologies.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and technology scouting to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and strategic opportunities within the renewable energy sector.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with executive leadership, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
- Translate market requirements and customer insights into detailed product specifications, functional requirements,



and design briefs.
- Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, and quality control throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Oversee the design, prototyping, testing, and validation phases, utilizing agile methodologies where appropriate.
- Evaluate and select appropriate materials, components, and manufacturing processes, collaborating closely with supply chain and operations teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and financial analyses for new product initiatives, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure all new products comply with relevant industry standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements (e.g., UL, IEC, CE).
- Develop and implement robust product launch strategies, working with marketing and sales to ensure successful market entry and adoption.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, gather customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement and iteration cycles.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence within the NPD team.
