- Recruit Agriculture Assistants (FPO/Delivery Services) on a commission basis to support farmers' needs for basic and commercial farming.
- Conduct training sessions for newly appointed Agriculture Assistants before they begin their work.
- Coordinate and attend meetings with central and state government subdivision- or block-level officials to obtain necessary permissions and provide updates on work progress.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect ongoing work and service delivery.
- Conduct regular evening virtual meetings with Agriculture Assistants to review daily work progress and discuss the next day's work plan.
