Objectives of the Position :

- Manage customer technical requirements & support in achiving Sales Targets volume & Value in 4W OEMs in Delhi NCR.
- Day to day Technical Service for our products being used at line.
- Line trials,testing and continuous improvement on line.
- On line Trouble Shooting to support customer for our products

Main Tasks :

- Manage customer technical requirements: gather, consolidate, and prioritize inputs (e.g., performance specifications, customization needs). Translate these into actionable plans, collaborating with lab.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
- Align technical standards and requirements across production lines, regions, and cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D;, Quality, Supply Chain). Drive consensus on priorities to ensure consistency in product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Gatekeeper of detailed technical reports to customers, including root cause analyses, corrective actions, and preventive measures.



Collaborate with the Color Lab and Product Development teams to customize solutions (e.g., color matching, formulation adjustments) that meet customer expectations.
- Support the development and commercialization of new coating products by providing technical expertise during customer trials, validating application processes, and ensuring smooth scale-up from lab to production.
- Travel to customer sites to provide hands-on technical support, timely troubleshooting, and deliver training programs on coating application best practices.
- Contribute to global technical initiatives (e.g., process optimization, sustainability projects) by sharing regional insights, best practices, and lessons learned. Collaborate with international teams to align strategies and deliverables.

Minimum Education and qualification required for the Position:

Skilled Qualification (Degree / PG Diploma) in Paint Technology.
