- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure compliance with Contract Documents, environmental regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Oversee procurement & receiving/installing of mechanical equipment and materials.
- Coordination of civil work and other related activities
- Manage and coordinate site mobilization/set-up activities
- Developing the team by providing the required support and encouragement for better work.
- Executing the projects within allocated budgets and within stipulated time
