Job Description

Lead the marketing initiatives for a 622-unit Satvik Living residential community spread across approximately 6 acres in Cuttack, Odisha. The role focuses on building a solid brand presence, generating high-quality leads, driving customer engagement, and supporting the successful sale of the entire project.

The Role

Lead the complete marketing function for the 622-unit Odisha residential project, driving brand awareness, digital marketing, lead generation, customer engagement, project launches, and campaign performance while working closely with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.
- Generate qualified leads through digital and offline campaigns.
- Manage project launches, events and exhibitions.
- Oversee social media, SEO, SEM, website and content marketing.
- Strengthen the Satvik Living brand.
- Coordinate with sales to improve conversions.
- Manage agencies,



vendors and marketing budgets.
- Track campaign ROI and CRM performance.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing.
- Experience in residential projects with 300+ units.
- Strong digital marketing, branding and CRM skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel across Odisha.
