About Us

Primacy In-Home Care Private Limited is a Kottayam-based home healthcare company providing elder care, patient care, post-hospital care, and skilled caregiver services to families across Kerala. We also operate a structured caregiver training program supported by the National Skill India Mission (NSIM).

Role Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to handle enquiries, follow up with prospective clients and candidates, and convert leads into home care service engagements and caregiver training admissions.

The role primarily involves telecalling, lead follow-up, client communication, counselling, and conversion, covering both our Home Care Services and Caregiver Training Program.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound enquiries from prospective home care clients and their family members, including NRI families.
- Make outbound calls to new and existing leads and conduct systematic follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and explain suitable home care services, packages, and pricing.
- Convert qualified home care leads into assessments and service engagements.
- Handle enquiries relating to caregiver training programs.
- Explain course details, fees, batch schedules, and admission procedures to candidates.
- Follow up with prospective candidates and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead details, call records, follow-up status, and conversion updates in the CRM/lead tracker.
- Communicate with clients and candidates through phone and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with Operations and Academy teams for client assessments, service commencement, and admissions.




- Follow the prescribed lead follow-up schedule and ensure that potential leads are not missed.
- Escalate unresolved client queries or complaints to the concerned manager.
- Achieve assigned monthly lead-conversion and business-development targets.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality while dealing with sensitive healthcare and family matters.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development, tele-sales, telecalling, admissions counselling, customer service, or lead conversion.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory; Hindi will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and convincing skills.
- Comfortable communicating with NRI clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM and lead-tracking tools.
- Good listening skills with a persuasive but non-pushy approach.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups systematically.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with conversion goals.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following will have an added advantage:

- Healthcare / Home Healthcare
- Training Institutes / Educational Admissions
- Insurance / BFSI
- Tele-sales / Inside Sales
- Customer Relationship Management

Qualification

Minimum: Plus Two / Any Degree

Salary

₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Salary may be determined based on experience and suitability for the role.
