Hiring for Store Assistant/ Store Keeper

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations at construction site/project.
- Receive, inspect, and verify materials as per purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Maintain inward/outward stock records, GRN, material issue slips, and stock registers.
- Ensure proper storage, stacking, labeling, and safety of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
- Issue materials against approved requisitions from site engineers.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain records in MS Excel/ERP software.
- Coordinate with project, purchase, and accounts teams.




- Ensure FIFO method and minimize material wastage/loss.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports for management.

Qualification:

- Diploma / Any Degree
- Construction or store management experience preferred.

Experience:

- 2–5 years in construction site stores/store handling.

Preferred Background:

- Real Estate / Commercial / Residential / Civil Construction Projects.
