Key Responsibilities

- Support the Internal Communications team in planning and executing communication campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.
- Create visually appealing communication materials using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Assist in developing newsletters, presentations, announcements, intranet content, and internal branding assets.
- Support content creation using AI-powered tools for communication, design, and productivity enhancement.
- Coordinate and manage communication calendars and support internal events and activities.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Assist in video editing, creative storytelling, and digital content development when needed.
- Support photography, content coverage, and employee engagement activities during internal events.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance employee experience and internal communication effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Communications, Marketing, Media, Business Administration, Design, or any related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong creativity and eye for design and branding.
- Proficiency in Canva; basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and productivity enhancement.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
