About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage customer relationships for our Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) Solar Projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong engineering background and hands-on experience in the solar industry, with the ability to coordinate effectively between customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain solid relationships with C&I; solar project customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and project updates.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Project Execution teams.
- Ensure timely communication regarding project progress and milestones.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records, project documentation, and follow-up reports.
- Support project handover and post-installation customer satisfaction.




- Ensure a high level of customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related discipline).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Solar Industry, preferably in C&I; Solar Projects.
- Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of solar project execution and customer handling.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
