We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality assurance activities across our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Die Casting, Plastic Injection Moulding, Sheet Metal Components, and Quality Management Systems, ensuring high product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
- Handle customer complaints, CAPA, and root cause analysis (8D, Why-Why, Fishbone).
- Prepare and maintain PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA.
- Conduct internal audits and support customer audits.
- Monitor supplier quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and quality standards.
- Train production teams on quality procedures and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical,



Production, or related discipline.
- 7–12 years of experience in Quality Assurance within manufacturing.
- Experience in Die Casting, Plastic Injection Moulding, and Sheet Metal is mandatory.
- Knowledge of GD&T;, engineering drawings, and precision measuring instruments.

Preferred Skills

- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
