Responsibilities

- Project Planning and Management: Lead project planning sessions, define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and create detailed project timelines.
- Team Coordination: Manage a team of developers and programmers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to meet project goals.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, ensuring the project team is equipped to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Quality Assurance:



Monitor project performance and conduct regular quality checks to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
- Budget Management: Track project budgets and expenditures, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- More than 5 Years of experience in the IT Industry.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodology and tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
