- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Design-related field.
- 1 - 2 years of proven experience as a Web and Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
- Experience in creating responsive web layouts and branding assets.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Portfolio of previous design work is required.
