Job Summary:

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall success and operational efficiency of a branch location. This includes leading and developing a high-performing team, driving sales and business development initiatives, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing branch operations, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong focus on achieving financial targets, fostering a positive work environment, and building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales goals, including deposit growth, loan origination, and cross-selling of financial products.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of branch employees, setting clear performance expectations, conducting regular performance reviews, and fostering professional development.
- Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.




- Oversee daily branch operations, including cash management, transaction processing, and adherence to security protocols and internal policies.
- Monitor and manage the branch's financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and profitability analysis.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with all banking regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Actively participate in community events and local business development activities to build brand awareness and generate current business opportunities.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate company updates, sales goals, and operational changes.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and complex service issues, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
- Prepare and submit various reports related to branch performance, sales activities, and operational metrics.
