- An Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for driving revenue, overseeing sales operations, and managing the sales team within a specific geographic region. They bridge the gap between corporate goals and on-the-ground execution by coaching representatives, analyzing market trends, and maintaining key client relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and generate current business opportunities for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, commercial establishments, educational institutions, hospitals, hotels, builders, developers, warehouses, manufacturing units, and government organizations.
- Appoint, develop, and manage channel partners, dealers, and referral associates within the assigned territory.




- Conduct client meetings, site visits, technical presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, estimation, and project execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and post-sales support.
- Represent the company at business meetings, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
