- Identify and develop current business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, market research, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive long-term business growth.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with colleges, universities, schools, educational institutions, and training institutes for campus recruitment and business collaborations.
- Establish and manage campus recruitment partnerships, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and institutional tie-ups.
- Coordinate campus drives, placement activities, seminars, workshops, and employer branding initiatives with educational institutions.
- Leverage existing relationships with placement officers, Training & Placement (T&P;) cells, principals, and management teams to generate business opportunities and strengthen institutional partnerships.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations,



product demonstrations, and business discussions.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients and institutional partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and partnership progress using CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, industry conferences, and business meetings to expand the organization's network and market presence.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
