Job Title: Aesthetic Nurse cum Therapist

Job Summary:
The Aesthetic Nurse cum Therapist is responsible for delivering cosmetic and skin care treatments, assisting in advanced aesthetic procedures, and ensuring high standards of patient care and safety. The role combines clinical nursing skills with aesthetic therapy expertise to enhance patient satisfaction and treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:Clinical & Nursing Duties:

- Assess patient skin conditions and medical history before procedures
- Assist doctors in aesthetic and dermatological procedures
- Maintain strict hygiene, sterilization, and infection control standards
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and consumables
- Monitor patients during and after procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation

Aesthetic Therapy Responsibilities:

- Perform skin and body treatments such as:
- Facials and advanced skincare therapies
- Chemical peels
- Laser hair reduction (if certified)
- Skin rejuvenation treatments
- Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care
- Recommend suitable products and treatment plans

Patient Care & Coordination:

- Provide consultation support and explain procedures to clients
- Ensure patient comfort and manage expectations
- Handle client queries and follow-ups
- Coordinate appointments and treatment schedules





Administrative Duties:

- Maintain inventory of consumables and skincare products
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Follow clinic protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma / Degree in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc Nursing) or relevant certification in Aesthetic Therapy
- Valid nursing registration (if applicable)
- Training or certification in aesthetic procedures/skin treatments
- 1–3 years of experience in dermatology clinic, aesthetic center, or spa
- Knowledge of skin types, cosmetic procedures, and equipment handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and patient care focus

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with laser treatments and advanced aesthetic machines
- Certification in cosmetology or dermatology assistance
- Sales or client consultation experience in aesthetic services

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Patient satisfaction and retention
- Treatment effectiveness and safety compliance
- Accuracy in patient documentation
- Upselling of treatments/products (where applicable)

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
