About the Role
Sri Manisha Sarees, a trusted name in sarees since 1997, is expanding its online presence. We're looking for an Online Sales Manager to lead our sales team and own the entire online sales funnel — from lead capture to closing. This is a leadership role for someone who can drive numbers, manage people, and keep the digital sales engine running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the sales team responsible for collecting, distributing, and following up on leads across channels (website, Instagram, WhatsApp, calls).
- Own the complete online sales segment — website traffic, conversions, and closures — and be accountable for hitting sales targets.
- Set up and monitor a clear lead-distribution system so no enquiry is missed and every lead is worked to closure.
- Track key metrics (traffic, conversion rate, response time, sales closed) and report performance regularly.
- Coordinate with the videographer and content/marketing side to ensure product listings, videos, and campaigns support sales.




- Handle high-value or escalated customer conversations personally to close sales.
- Train, motivate, and hold the sales team accountable to standards and targets.

Requirements

- 3+ years in sales, preferably with team-management and online/e-commerce experience.
- Proven ability to convert leads and hit targets.
- Strong communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Comfort with tools like WhatsApp Business, Instagram, basic CRM/spreadsheets, and Shopify (training provided).
- Leadership mindset — able to run a team, not just sell individually.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
