- Represent SFSL, its values and vision to all prospective customers and present our services
- Acquire recent customers for SFSL, and take accountability in handling their investment portfolios including Lockers and Deposits
- Meeting Productivity targets as assigned by the Organization on month on month basis.
- Cross-Sell and Up-Sell to existing clients
- Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done & provide the right investment solution based on the analysis.
- Ensure that MIS/ Reporting Formats are maintained/ Updated on regular basis.
- Maintain customer relations & ensure post sale needs of customers are met.
- Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures.




- Organize marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.

Requirements:

- Presentable and multi-tasking skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- A team player with a customer-centric approach
- Basic Selling Skills
- Knowledge of basic marketing techniques and principles
- Local language proficiency and mobility.

Experience:

Ø 2 + year of Financial Products & Services sales experience

Education:

Ø Minimum Qualification: Graduate
