- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential leads to introduce products/services and handle incoming customer inquiries.
- Lead Qualification & Follow-Up: Ask targeted questions to understand client needs, qualify prospects, and schedule follow-up calls or meetings for the sales team.
- Query Resolution: Address customer complaints and provide accurate information regarding company offerings, policies, or pricing.
- Data Maintenance: Maintain and update detailed logs of customer data, call status, and feedback within the company's database.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, or monthly targets for lead generation, sales conversions, or call volumes.
