HR Manager|Job Location: Cochin, Kerala

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our HR operations. The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing a large workforce and driving HR initiatives that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and HR administration.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure statutory compliance.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Manage performance appraisals, training, and employee development.
- Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.
- Lead and effectively manage a large team of staff.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.





Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Manager or similar leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage a large workforce.
- Robust knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software is preferred.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala (Kochi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
