Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end merchandising process from product development to order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors for fabric sourcing, sampling, production, and deliveries.
- Follow up on sample development, approvals, and production timelines.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with vendors.
- Monitor production status and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Work closely with inventory and warehouse teams to maintain optimum stock levels.
- Analyze sales trends and inventory reports to support replenishment planning.
- Coordinate product launches and ensure product information is ready for e-commerce platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, costing sheets, vendor details, and production timelines.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify fashion trends and product opportunities.
- Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout the production cycle.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
