Position: A4 MFD Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated A4 MFD Sales Executive to promote and sell A4 multifunction devices, printers, and related products to corporate clients, offices, institutions, and other customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities for A4 MFDs and printers.
- Visit potential customers and understand their printing and document management requirements.
- Present and demonstrate products to prospective customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers to close sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, product demonstrations, and sales proposals.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the service and support teams for installation and after-sales requirements.




- Maintain regular sales reports and update customer information.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in any discipline.
- Experience in A4 MFD, printer, photocopier, or office automation product sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.

Skills Required

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of A4 MFDs, printers, and office automation products.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Experience

0–3 years of relevant sales experience preferred.

Salary

As per experience and industry standards + Incentives

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
