Job Summary

Trax Diagnostics is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our business in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, promoting diagnostic services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, corporate clients, and healthcare professionals.
- Promote Trax Diagnostics' laboratory services, preventive health check packages, and specialized diagnostic solutions.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily activity reports and sales performance reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Represent the company at healthcare events, conferences, and promotional activities.

Required Qualifications

- 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in the Diagnostics, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, or Hospital industry.
- Existing network with doctors, hospitals, clinics, or corporate healthcare clients.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and healthcare marketing.
