About the Role

Manikaran Urban Spaces LLP is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee the company's financial operations, taxation, compliance, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory regulations.
- Handle direct and indirect tax planning, filing, and assessments.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor budgets, project costs, and financial performance.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and vendor reconciliations.
- Prepare financial forecasts and support management in strategic decision-making.




- Maintain internal financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in funding, loan documentation, and financial due diligence activities.

Required Qualifications

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
- 3–12 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Robust knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Accounting Standards, and Financial Reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting/ERP software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or related industries will be preferred.
- Exposure to project accounting, cost control, and financial planning.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
