We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Academic Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in the EdTech or sales domain, and the ability to guide students toward the right academic and career decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about courses, programs, and career pathways
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, enquiries, and follow-ups
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective counselling
- Maintain accurate student records and follow up regularly
- Achieve individual and team enrollment targets
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams when required
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech / Education / Sales
- strong communication skill
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
