Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Scientist to join our R&D; and Innovation team. This individual will lead formulation development, oversee complex product pipelines, and drive innovation from concept to commercialization, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities
✔Lead the development and optimization of formulations across skin care, personal care, and oral care categories.
✔Translate market trends, client briefs, and scientific research into commercially viable, innovative products.
✔Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and interpret results to improve product performance.
✔Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales teams.
✔Mentor junior scientists and guide formulation strategies.
✔Ensure product safety, efficacy, stability, and regulatory compliance across global markets.
✔Prepare technical documentation, including product specifications, safety assessments, and test protocols.
✔Evaluate and source novel raw materials and technologies in line with clean beauty, sustainability, and efficacy standards.





Required Qualifications
Hard Skills:
✔Expertise in cosmetic chemistry, skin biology, emulsion technology, and/or oral care formulation.
✔Strong background in product stability testing, scale-up processes, and regulatory documentation.
✔Proficiency in using lab equipment, formulation software, and analytical instruments.

Soft Skills:
✔Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
✔Effective project management and leadership skills.
✔Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
✔Adaptable, self-driven, and passionate about innovation.

Education:
B.Tech / M.Tech Cosmetics

Preferred Experience:
✔5–10 years of experience in the cosmetics, personal care, or oral care industry.
✔Proven track record in launching successful formulations from concept to commercialization.
✔Experience working in a private label or contract manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
