We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Pre-Sales Manager (Experience ) to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining property details to clients, generating leads, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided data
- Explain property details, pricing, and project benefits professionally
- Generate and maintain client leads
- Follow up with interested customers regularly
- Schedule property site visits for the sales team
- Maintain daily call reports and CRM updates
- Build positive relationships with clients through effective communication




- Manage the Pre-Sales team and ensure regular generation of qualified prospects.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Requirements

- Experience can apply
- Positive communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi and basic English preferred
