Key Responsibilities:

- Market and place IT bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, and US Citizens) with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with vendor managers, recruiters, and client hiring teams.
- Handle the full bench sales lifecycle including consultant profiling, requirement matching, submission, follow-ups, rate negotiation, interview coordination, and placement.
- Actively source new vendor relationships and generate daily requirements through cold calling, emails, and networking.
- Screen consultant resumes for technical fit, communication skills, availability, and compliance.
- Negotiate billing rates, pay rates, and contract terms with vendors and clients.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interviews, collect interview feedback, and drive offer closures.
- Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, placements, and vendor communications in ATS/CRM.
- Track market demand, in-demand skills, rate trends, and client expectations to improve placement ratios.




- Provide regular updates to consultants regarding submission status, interview schedules, and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, US staffing guidelines, and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2 6 years of hands-on experience in
- US Bench Sales / US Staffing.

- Strong knowledge of US visa categories: H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in rate negotiation and vendor management.
- Solid understanding of US tax terms: W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Strong vendor network with the ability to generate and close requirements independently.
- Proficiency in job portals and tools such as Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and follow-up skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients.
- Knowledge of ATS/CRM systems.
- Exposure to compliance processes and documentation.
