Roles and Responsibilities-

- Expense allocation from card statements through Zoho Expense
- Working closely with consultants for compliance and filings of India books.
- Day-to-day accounting activities (bookkeeping, vouching, reconciliations)
- Company secretary and paperwork related to all bank matters
- Preparation and maintenance of ledgers, invoices, and financial records
- Assisting with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
- Bank reconciliation and monitoring of transactions
- Vendor and payment follow-ups
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintaining proper documentation and filing for audits

Experience & Skills Required

- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and basic taxation (GST/TDS)
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books/Zoho Expense and QuickBooks (QB)
- Proficiency in MS Excel




- Positive communication skills to coordinate with consultants and internal teams
- Commerce graduate (B.Com) or equivalent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per year
