**Key Responsibilities** *Tender Management (4–5 hrs/day)* - Search, identify, and shortlist relevant tenders on GeM Portal and TNMSC - Prepare and submit tender bids/quotations with accurate pricing (PTS/rate calculations) - Track tender timelines, document submissions, EMD/security deposits, and renewals - Coordinate with suppliers to obtain updated price lists and product availability for tender quotes - Maintain records of tenders applied, won, lost, and pending - Ensure compliance with tender terms — drug licences, GST, product specifications, and delivery timelines - Follow up on order confirmations, delivery schedules,



and payment status for awarded tenders *Billing Support (remaining hours)* - Assist billing team with invoice preparation and data entry - Help with basic bill verification/cross-checking against purchase records - Support day-to-day billing operations as needed **Required Skills & Experience** - 1–3 years of hands-on experience with GeM Portal and TNMSC tender processes (mandatory) - Working knowledge of pharmaceutical products, pricing (MRP/PTR/PTS), and GST is a plus - Comfortable with MS Excel for rate comparisons and quotation preparation - Good attention to detail — tender rejections often come down to small errors - Willingness to assist with billing tasks; versatile, team-first attitude - Basic computer literacy, comfortable with online portals and document uploads **Preferred** - Prior experience in pharma distribution, medical supplies, or FMCG tender work - Familiarity with government procurement documentation (EMD, bank guarantees, etc.)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
