Talent Acquisition: Managing recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Onboarding & Development: Facilitating current hire onboarding and coordinating employee training and development programs.

Performance & Compensation: Administering performance reviews, wage reviews, and managing benefits/payroll compliance.

Employee Relations & Compliance: Resolving workplace conflicts, conducting investigations.

Strategic Planning: Collaborating with leadership to align HR initiatives with company goals.





Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 8+ years in HR roles, with demonstrated leadership experience.

Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, mediation, and communication skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
