Additional Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead junior engineers, site supervisors, and project staff, ensuring effective task allocation and performance management.
- Manage and coordinate skilled and unskilled labour to achieve project milestones safely and efficiently.
- Plan, monitor, and control the procurement of construction materials, ensuring timely ordering and availability at site.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships and ensuring explicit communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct daily project review meetings with clients, consultants, contractors,



and internal teams to discuss project progress, address technical and commercial issues, review action items, and ensure timely decision-making.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports, highlighting progress, risks, resource requirements, and mitigation plans to clients and senior management.
- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance
- Risk management

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
