- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Upload products with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Monitor inventory and update stock availability.
- Process and track customer orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, refunds, and complaints.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
- Run promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers.
- Ensure product information and website content are up to date.
- Track competitor pricing and market trends.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams for online promotions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
