About the Role

As our Digital Marketing & SEO Executive, you'll own our online presence and growth. You'll run SEO, manage social media and content, execute paid campaigns, and work closely with influencers and the founding team to drive app installs, leads, and brand awareness. This is a builder's role with real ownership and direct impact on how fast we grow.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other channels
- Own on-page and off-page SEO to grow organic traffic and search rankings
- Manage social media accounts — content calendar, posting, engagement, and community
- Coordinate with influencers and manage local influencer campaigns
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) within budget
- Create and manage content — posts, reels, blogs, landing pages
- Track, analyze, and report on performance (traffic, installs, leads, ROAS, conversions)
- Do keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research




- Optimize the website and app store listings for visibility and conversions
- Work closely with the founding team on growth strategy and launches

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing and SEO (strong freshers with a portfolio considered)
- Solid understanding of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical basics) and Google Search
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
- Experience managing social media and creating content (especially reels)
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers and data
- Good communication and content skills in Hindi/Gujarati and English
- Self-driven, creative, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup

Nice to Have

- Experience marketing a consumer app or D2C brand
- Experience with influencer marketing
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) or video editing
- Familiarity with app store optimization (ASO)
