Skills and Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting business intelligence solutions.
- Expert in Defining schema, Dashboard design and Performance tuning.
- Ability to technically be part of multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and meet established deadlines with high quality solutions.
- Strong solution design, problem solving and debugging skills especially in high pressure situations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of data warehouse and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience in various business disciplines such as consulting services, marketing and sales, project management, IT, financial management, business operations, and software development, with proven ability to develop and integrate plans.
- Recent experience in Agile project management methodology.
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively (written and verbal) in a global team environment with technical and business audiences.
- Self-motivated, a willingness to learn with a solid sense of accountability, business acumen and a proven track record of delivering results.

Responsibilities:

- Develop prototypes using reporting and dashboard tools, thereby validating the requirements,



eliminating ambiguity and providing early visibility to business on the final solution.
- Provide thought leadership in designing and guiding to maximize the use of BI tools to satisfy business and technical requirements.
- Create and update BI training materials and train the business users community.
- Participate in the design of the data warehouse data model and provide input and feedback from a reporting perspective.
- Analyze requirements and develop and design solutions that are achievable, acceptable and consistent with customer expectations.
- Provide technical support on data warehouse, business intelligence and master data management environments including the development of enhancement requests and defect resolution.
- Use the Agile development methodology.
- Deploy changes to test and production environments as per the change control procedures.
- Develop strong relationships with other functional groups.
- Manage change and source control within the development and test environments.
- Drive and be a key contributor to critical IT projects that might include Mobile BI, Executive Dashboards, Customer360, SaaS Integration, Data Virtualization, Data Migration and Data Quality.
