We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, manage ad budgets, track conversions, and deliver data-driven results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) across multiple client accounts
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CPC, and CTR
- Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently across campaigns and clients
- Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
- Build and refine audience segments — retargeting pools, lookalikes, and high-intent cohorts
- Prepare weekly and monthly client reports with clear insights and recommendations




- Coordinate with design and content teams to brief and iterate on ad creatives
- Stay on top of platform updates, recent ad formats, and performance marketing trends

Requirements

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta and Google ad campaigns (agency experience is a plus)
- Strong grasp of funnel metrics: CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
- Analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail
- Clear communication skills — you'll be explaining numbers and insights to clients

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
