Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop engaging instructional materials, including storyboards, assessments, and training content.
- Apply instructional design theories and models to create effective e-learning solutions for corporate and higher education projects.
- Collaborate with SMEs, clients, and internal teams to ensure learning objectives align with business goals.
- Develop interactive and multimedia-rich courses using tools like Articulate Storyline, Captivate, and Vyond.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on course animations, design, and development.

Job Specification:

- Experience: 5 to 8 years in instructional design, preferably on international projects.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of instructional design models, content structuring, assessment development, and multimedia integration.
- Behavioural Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Software: MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Articulate Storyline, AI Tools
