A Day in the Life:
- Quickly become an expert on the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related
solutions.
- Serve as main point of contact for clients during implementation and manage the project too
completion.
- Design and document functional and technical requirements and help scope projects by
understanding timelines and work.
- Solve complex technical implementations both independently and in a team environment.
- Clearly communicate solutions back to clients through calls and email.
- Train and teach clients on specific and new aspects of the Qualtrics Experience Management
(XM) Platform and related solutions.
- Continually adapt and develop in-depth product knowledge and learn current technologies.
- Be a key stakeholder in building ZILL’s relationship with the client.
- Managing implementation activities, including time commitment, budget and risk management.
- Providing support to the project team ensuring all project documentation is current and up-to date.
- Responding to client issues and ensuring resolution of issues.

Requirements
Experience:




- 5 + years of experience as an Implementation consultant.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and
cloud-based solutions, with the ability to grasp complex software and
learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong foundational knowledge in data
analytics and interpretation.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining
strong working relationships with clients at all levels of an
organization.
- Prior experience working with international clients.
- Knowledge of Survey Programming tools like Decipher and Confirmit shall be an advantage.
- Certification or deep experience with the
Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform is highly desirable.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer
Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a master’s degree is
